Institute of Law and Management Studies, Gurgaon

To cater to the needs of one of the fast emerging commercial centers of the country, the University started Institute of Legal & Management Studies (ILMS) at Gurgaon in a beautiful building constructed over sprawling 10 acres of land. ILMS has a fully air conditioned library which has a large number of law and management books and periodicals, a fully furnished and air conditioned computer lab, a state-of-the-art air conditioned internet and multi media ready EDP Centre and Seminar room. In short, ILMS has all that makes a modern institute of higher learning in professional courses.

The ILMS, initially known as National Law College, offers (i) 5 year integrated Law course and (ii) MBA in International Business on payment seats with an intake capacity of 120 students in Law course and 90 students in MBA course.

ILMS plans to impart specialized legal and management education in the areas of International Business, International Marketing, International Finance, International Trade Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, and Environment Law, to name a few.

Maharshi Dayanand University has entered in memorandum of understanding with the University of Maryland, USA; and University of Lancashire, UK. Some of the courses of these universities would be offered at ILMS.
